Reaction Vessel

Our Unsaturated Polyester Resin Plant is developed and supplied as per our clients’ requirements. The basic system consists of a reaction kettle, vertical column, sub-cooler, and horizontally inclined condenser with separator and dilution blender. The batch time is approximately 16 to 20 hours and therefore, suitable mechanical seal arrangement for better results and to prevent any leakage is provided.

Introduction

Firstly, Unsaturated Polyester Resin Production Line is excellent equipment used to produce unsaturated polyester resin, phenol resin, epoxy resin, ABS resin, and related chemicals. With this machine, the purity of finished products will be more than 99.8%.

Secondly, this resin kettle is a complete production, it realizes automatic manufacturing. It is composed of the following parts:

1. Etherification reactor

2. Vertical fractional column

3. Vertical condenser

4. horizontal condenser

5. water storage tank

6. Dilution tank

Thirdly, as for the kind of reaction “Etherification” and about the “refining the final product”

l You should use activated Carbon & tetra butyl titan ate as the catalytic agent to synthesize DIOP.

l The best process condition: Molar ratio of Ethanol anhydride should be: 2.8:1.

l Etherification temperature: 210 ℃

l Etherification time: 2.5 hours

l Catalyst Amount:0.5%

Under such a condition, Etherification conversion rate of DOP is more than 99.8%. These catalysts exhibited excellent activity, it can be reused, and there is no pollution.
